This company located in Daytona Beach is seeking a full time Maintenance Tech. Someone with a minimum of 3 years of Community Maintenance experience or a commensurate facility. Familiar with the construction and condition of the Association's physical assets to identif repair needs. Previous supervisory or leadership experience is a plus.Strong knowledge of maintenance processes, techniques, and equipment an understanding of electrical plumbing, HVAC, swimming pools, and other building systems. Excellent team management skills. Effective communication and interpersonal abilities. Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle emergency situations calmly and efficiently.

salary: $19 - $20 per hour

shift: First

work hours: 7 AM - 3:30 PM

education: High School

Responsibilities

Implement the preventive maintenance program for Island Crowne.

Schedule and oversee routine maintenance tasks to prevent equipment and facility issues.

Implement emergency response protocols for maintenance issues, ensuring a swift and effective

response to unexpected events.

Recommend and implement cost-saving measures without compromising quality.Monitor expenses and recommend cost-saving measures.

Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, inspections, and repairs.

Maintain a list of tools and equipment.

Oversee and coordinate the maintenance of the building and property.

Conduct regular inspections to identify areas that require attention or improvement.

Manage the maintenance and repair of equipment.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards in all maintenance activities.

Contribute to the development of the yearly maintenance budget by providing input.
