Our client is seeking a Skilled Cabinet Builder to join their team. The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to quality and detail, ability to follow verbal and written instructions and is solutions oriented. Must have experience building fixtures of moderate complexity involving lamination of plastics and veneers, drawer and door assemblies and minor hardware duties.

What’s the Job?

• Reading blueprints.

• Laminating and veneer skills

• Use woodworking machines to create finished edges, boring or routing holes

perform finish sanding, installing hardware

• Building fabricated cabinets with glue, fits, screws and clamps

What’s Needed?

• High school education

• 5+years of experience of wood manufacturing in the store fixture industry (furniture and/or custom cabinetry required)

• Ability to understand and comply with safety procedures and quality standards and print reading capabilities

• Experience with various wood species and the ability to work with the types of machinery & equipment listed below
