Company in Dayton is looking for a Recruiter to join their team on a contract basis to help support their team immediately! As a Recruiter, your primary role will involve sourcing, screening, and onboarding qualified candidates to fill our organization's job positions. You will play an essential part in the company's growth and success by finding top talents that match our unique company culture and objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g., job boards, LinkedIn, etc.)

• Post available job positions on job boards and other relevant platforms.

• Evaluate applications and screen eligible candidates based on the provided criteria.

• Proactively reach out to potential candidates and create a robust pipeline of talent.

• Collaborate with hiring managers to determine each position’s requirements.

• Arrange necessary assessments and conduct initial interviews.

• Handle employment processing, onboarding, and training.

• Manage recruitment databases and applicant tracking systems.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Proven work experience as a Recruiter in full-cycle recruitment and employer branding.

• Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), recruiting software, and candidate databases.

• Knowledge of labor legislation and fair employment practices.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
