Express Employment Professionals in West Carrolton, OH is now seeking a full-time *Quality Team Leads. *

Pay Rate: $16 an hour, paid weekly

Schedule: 1^st^ , 2nd, and 3rd Shift

Job Type: Full-time; temp to perm

• Quality Team Lead job duties include.

  •   Provide training, guidance, and oversight of team members
  •   Verifies inspection personnel compliance through process and product audits
  •   Responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of documentation for all assigned projects
  •   As a working Team Leader, perform continual inspection and rework of product as required
  •   Provide performance feedback of assigned team members to SIS, Inc. Management Team

  *     Qualifications*

  • HS diploma or GED equivalency
  •   Basic math skills
  •   Detailed oriented 
  •   Solid interpersonal skills
  •   1-3 years of manufacturing/quality inspection experience is a plus
  •   Must have own vehicle and a valid driver's license and be willing to work in multiple locations
  •   Ability to work overtime and/or weekends as assigned
  •   Must be able to walk, stand, 35-50 pounds

  •   Must be able to perform repetitive tasks for an entire shift
