Dayton Children's Hospital Property Manager - Full Time - 1st Shift in Dayton, Ohio

Facility:Dayton Children's - Main CampusDepartment:Building ServicesSchedule:Full timeHours:40Job Details:Reporting to the Director of Facilities, the position assists the Director in purchasing and managing Dayton Children’s properties. The Property Manager plays a critical role in providing care and quality accommodations for our staff, visitors, patients and guests. We work hard to ensure that our properties are managed as efficiently and effectively as possible. We continuously strive to enhance the value of the real estate assets and investments that contribute to our hospital’s financial well-being.

Explore an opportunity to help us build on our success and discover where your talents can take you. Step into this crucial role as a Manager of our real estate operations, and be responsible for managing capital projects and overseeing many real estate properties for Dayton Children’s.

Direct projects, negotiate contracts with vendors and schedule and monitor the maintenance and repairs of major building systems. Regularly inspect properties, and ensure that third-party managing agents properly handle all housing operations. Analyze all property expenses and assist with the development of annual operating and capital budgets.

Education

  • Associate degree (required)

  • Bachelor degree (preferred)

Experience

  • 7-10 years (required)

  • 10+ years in property management (preferred)

Skills/Competencies

  • Project/Construction Management (required)

  • Real Estate Property Management (preferred)
