1 Category Project Management Overview LMI is seeking a Business Analyst to join an Air Force Program. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring excellent delivery to our clients. Responsibilities Responsibilities may include: Excellent organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines. Superior communication skills, both oral and written. Self-directed, detail oriented in completing assigned tasks, able to adapt to changing work efforts and manage impact of shifting priorities. Facilitate the gathering of business-focused requirements to support product development teams and product owners, including defining the backlog and ensuring the user's perspective is considered. Identify core business needs, decompose, and document concepts of operation, story maps, briefings, and user stories, document business rules, and construct workflow diagrams, as needed. Condense complex business processes into clear and actionable epics, features, and user stories with acceptance criteria. Work with Product Management, Technical Leadership, and mission stakeholders to establish and monitor baseline key performance indicators (KPI)/metrics. Provide data analysis expertise to measure and report on progress towards objectives and key results, including both development/delivery metrics and business process outcomes. Qualifications MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's Degree in relevant business, technical, or professional, or equivalent experience. 3-5 years of experience in supporting cross-functional teams and engaging with leadership at various levels within an organization. Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), SharePoint and MS Teams. Ability to communicate clearly with a variety of stakeholders. Strong analytical and problem solving Strong MS Excel skills required This position will require an active security clearance at the Secret level. You must be a US Citizen. DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS Prior experience in project management support preferred. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus. Target salary range: $54350 - $94570. Final compensation will be determined by a variety of factors including but not limited to your skills, experience, education, and/or certifications.
