Facility:Work From Home - OhioDepartment:Center for Learning & DevelopmentSchedule:Full timeHours:40Job Details:The Organizational Development & Learning Specialist is responsible for enhancing the overall experience of participants in all OD&L learning programs, professional development programs, and training sessions. This role involves the coordination and facilitation of these events, ensuring they run smoothly and effectively. The Specialist will demonstrate excellent communication and presentation skills, with a strong focus on follow-through and attention to detail. Time management is crucial, requiring the timely and accurate completion of assigned projects. This position necessitates strong organizational and project coordination skills, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite software applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Additionally, the Specialist will manage program logistics, including course supplies and maintenance of office equipment, while actively contributing to special projects that support the goals of the Organizational Development & Learning team.

Shift

  • Monday- Friday

  • 8am-5pm (flexible)

  • No weekends or holidays

Education

  • Bachelor's degree required

Experience

  • 3+ years required

  • Facilitation, training, education, background (preferred)

Certification/License Requirements:

CPLP: Certified Professional in Learning and Performance - American Society for Training & Development (ASTD) Certification Institute, SHRM - CP Certified Professional - Society Human Resource Management
