Facility:Child Health PavilionDepartment:Mental Health Resources ConnectionSchedule:Full timeHours:40Job Details:The Office Coordinator III will represent the Mental Health Resource Connection (MHRC) staff by handling and screening incoming calls, transmitting messages, receiving and documenting provider and parent referrals, then distributes the referrals to the Behavioral Health Specialists in a timely manner. Responsible for clerical duties such as ordering office supplies and maintaining office equipment. Provides administrative support to Behavioral Health Specialists by inputting data, maintaining patient files, preparing weekly, monthly and quarterly statistics, maintaining mental health resource lists, updating MHRC’s online resource directory, crafting the monthly resource newsletter, and preparing various documents as assigned. Improves the Mental Health Resource Connection’s customer service reputation and assists families in resolving expressed concerns, while keeping information confidential. Effectively communicates collaboratively with internal and external agencies. Proficient in Microsoft technologies, Excel and Canva preferred.
