RELX INC Lead Qualification Specialist in Dayton, Ohio

Job Summary:

This position is responsible for effectively and efficiently routing leads and interests to the appropriate sales channel.

Accountabilities:

  1. Research and route new business, upsell and cross-sell leads and interest in accordance with approved sales management guidelines and processes across all LexisNexis North America segments and other parts of the business.

  2. Partner proactively with sales reps and sales management to ensure positive customer experience.

  3. Work closely with sales operations and segment to stay abreast of frequently changing selling rules and execution guidelines.

  4. Develop expertise in internal and external systems and tools (i.e. CRM, phone systems, ZoomInfo, Lead Router SharePoint Site, Google, LinkedIn).

  5. Develop expertise in lead routing rules and processes for assigned segment.

  6. Responsible for keeping up-to-date documentation on lead routing rules and processes for assigned segment.

  7. Maintain/exceed service level agreements.

  8. Update client/prospect information in our CRM and Saleforce.com systems.

  9. Ensure client/prospect satisfaction by determining needs and transferring calls to the appropriate party for resolution.

  10. Manage sensitive customer/prospect information.

  11. Track and route leads and opportunities sent from all sources including but not limited to marketing campaigns, special events, trade shows and company web sites, emails, online chat, and phone calls.

  12. Other duties as assigned.

Technical Competencies:

  • CRM – working knowledge and experience in Customer Relationship Management systems

  • MS Office – proficiency in Outlook, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Word

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor or associate's degree preferred but not required

  • 3-5 years sales support experience

  • Strong oral and written communication skills

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Ability to work with time-sensitive information in a fast-paced business environment.

  • Strong time management and multi-tasking skills.
