Position Overview Riverside Research is seeking a full-time Intelligence Program Manager to support the National Space Intelligence Center (NSIC) at Wright-Patterson AFB, OH. This position will be part of a multi-disciplinary team supporting modeling & simulation activities on behalf of the customer. The Intelligence Program Manager will work closely with the NSIC Enterprise Managers, Chief Analyst, and the Directors of S2/3/9. Candidates must be proficient in standard office software applications and capable of devising practical and sustainable solutions. All Riverside Research opportunities require U.S. Citizenship. Responsibilities Support creation of a modeling & simulation enterprise for adversary space and counterspace systems/capabilities Identify pertinent policy and guidance; designate participants as well as their roles and responsibilities; categorize inputs, outputs, and their dependencies; document relevant processes and procedures Assist in implementing a structure to provide oversight and management of the modeling & simulation enterprise for adversary space and counterspace systems/capabilities Draft, coordinate, and implement a charter that captures the committee's purpose, authorities, limitations, and general governance Act as secretary of the enterprise; coordinate intelligence community committee activities, schedule meetings, capture and publish minutes; document actions and decisions Other duties as assigned Qualifications Active TS clearance with SCI adjudication Bachelor's in business administration, accounting, finance, engineering, computer science, physics, math, history, or related fields Intelligence professional with a minimum of 10 years' experience supporting all aspects of the intelligence cycle to include analysis and production Experience managing resources (time, people, money) to accomplish assigned tasks in support of enduring projects Effective/efficient written/verbal communication skills; proficient in MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel Self-motivated, detail oriented, responsible team player able to work independently with minimal daily direction Ability to work and interact with technically and organizationally diverse personnel Open to occasional travel Desired Qualifications: Master's degree in business administration, accounting, finance, engineering, computer science, physics, math, history or related field Familiarity with modeling characteristics and performance of air, space, and counterspace systems Familiarity with various modeling & simulation applications and environments Familiarity with the different types of models and their consumers Experience supporting the intelligence and acquisition cycles Experience with United States Space Force (USSF) organization, mission, roles, and responsibilities Professional certifications in project management, contracting, requirements management, and/or lifecycle logistics (e.g. PMP, DAWIA) Global Comp $100,000 - $150,000 This represents the typical compensation range for this position based on experience, location and other factors.
