This role is open to negotiation and includes a competitive compensation package of salary plus commission, with shifts available exclusively on the 1st shift. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for familiarizing yourself with company products and service offerings to enhance brand recognition and drive financial growth. Your primary duties will involve collaborating with company executives, sales, and marketing teams, analyzing current market trends, and proposing innovative business strategies to boost revenue. This position will require travel to engage with potential clients and participate in trade shows. Key Requirements: Proven experience in business-to-business sales Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets Background in project management within industrial technology Strong verbal and written communication skills Excellent prioritization and organizational abilities Preferred Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suites (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word) Familiarity with general office equipment such as scanners and printers Candidates should have previous experience in business development or sales roles.
