Description We are in search of a meticulous and diligent Data Entry Clerk for our airline industry operations located in Dayton, Ohio, United States. This role offers a short-term contract employment opportunity and is primarily responsible for basic data entry tasks and the updating of relevant systems. The successful candidate will be involved in a variety of tasks centered on data management and organization.

Responsibilities:

• Execute basic data entry tasks with precision and speed

• Keep the iCIMS system updated, tracking and recording relevant data such as fingerprint scheduling and receipt

• Review and organize background checks, categorizing and routing them to the correct individual for further review

• Maintain high levels of organization to ensure smooth workflow

• Utilize effective time management strategies to meet deadlines and manage workload

• Communicate effectively within the team to ensure the seamless transfer of information

• Conduct research as necessary to support data entry tasks

• Control and manage documentation effectively

• Follow up diligently on tasks to ensure their completion

• Show excellent comprehension skills in understanding and implementing instructions. Requirements • Proficient in Data Entry operations with a strong attention to detail

• Demonstrable experience in Research, able to gather and analyze data effectively

• Proficiency in Document Control, ensuring all documents are accurate and up-to-date

• Familiarity with airline industry processes and regulations

• Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

• High school diploma or equivalent educational qualification is required

• Previous experience in a similar role within the airline industry would be advantageous.
