Syncrotist provides support services for many of the prominent companies for in-home care in a rapidly growing market. Responsibilities Team members will provide support for a variety of tasks including answering client and caregiver inquires, applicant processing, scheduling, and assisting with phone calls, chat and email request. Successful candidates will provide upbeat and positive attitude with a strong emphasis on customer service. Job Qualifications

• Strong communication skills
• Ability to manage in-bound / out-bound calls, email and chat request
• Basic computer skills including typing, email and web browser
• Detail oriented and ability to multi-task
• Team player who can also excel working independently
• High school diploma, previous call center experience a plus
• Type 30 words per minute
• Pass background check
