Dayton Children's Hospital Crisis Team Lead - Behavioral Crisis Center in Dayton, Ohio

Facility:Dayton Children's - Main CampusDepartment:Behavorial Crisis ServicesSchedule:Full timeHours:32Job Details:The Crisis Team Leader is responsible for both direct patient care monitoring as well as clinical support and education to the Behavioral Crisis Services staff. As well, the Team Leader will support the Manager of Crisis Services in administrative functions as indicated or assigned. The Team Leader will provide direct services to patients and families in the role of a Crisis Assessment or Intervention Specialist as needed. The duties consist of care coordination, emergency behavioral health pre-screening, psychosocial assessments, crisis intervention, and referral management to patients and their families. The Team Leader will assist the Manager of Crisis Services as a clinical support and educator to the Behavioral Crisis Center team.

Department Specific Job Details:

  • full-time, 32 hours

  • night shift, 4 (8) hr shifts, 12a - 830am

  • every other weekend

  • LISW/LPCC required, supervision designation preferred

  • CPR/CPI certified preferred

Education Requirements:

Masters: Counseling (Required), Masters: Social Work (Required)

Certification/License Requirements:

LISW - Licensed Independent Social Worker - Counselor, Social Worker and Marriage & Family Therapist Board, LPCC - Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor - Counselor, Social Worker and Marriage & Family Therapist Board
