Job Number: R0217117 Aircraft Service Analyst, Senior The Opportunity: As an Aircraft Service Analyst, you know that effective teams and operational readiness depend on clear communication, streamlined processes, and proactive decision-making. In this role, you'll support key initiatives for the F-35 Joint Program Office, coordinate with senior stakeholders, and respond to formal and informal taskers. That's why we need you, an experienced sustainment analyst who can help ensure success through careful analysis, effective communication, and attention to detail. On our team, you'll support the planning and preparation of field units to receive their initial aircraft, training devices, and supporting elements. You'll prepare and manage communications with key stakeholders, including senior and executive-level government officials. As a team lead, you'll supervise a team of professionals working to execute the sustainment plans across the weapon system enterprise. Additionally, you will help to integrate the efforts of multiple teams to support leadership objectives and ensure strategic documentation, plans, and briefings are of the highest quality. Join us. You Have: 5+ years of experience managing projects within a DoD acquisition program office 2+ years of experience supervising and leading cross-functional teams Experience planning and executing sustainment of complex systems, including DoD product support elements Experience working with Microsoft Office suite and coordinating, reviewing, and generating high-quality documentation, briefings, and strategic communications Knowledge of project management principles, stakeholder engagement techniques, and best practices in weapon system sustainment Ability to ensure all outputs meet quality standards, integrating technical and strategic inputs as necessary Ability to clearly communicate to personnel assigned to you to help them efficiently deliver to the client and achieve their career goals Ability to travel up to 25% of the time Secret clearance HS diploma or GED and 10+ years of experience as an operations officer, chief of staff, or lifecycle logistics professional, or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or Logistics and 5+ years of experience as an operations officer, chief of staff, or lifecycle logistics professional Nice If You Have: Experience supporting F-35 logistics and sustainment Master's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or Business Administration Defense Acquisition University (DAU) Life Cycle Logistics Certification Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification Certified Professional Logistician (CPL) Certification Clearance: Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required.
