    Job Title – DRT France - Director Terpenes & Resins Procurement H/F

    Location – Dax or Bordeaux

    Hourly Regime – Daily basis

    Status / Duration : Cadre / CDI

    Your key responsibilities:

    The role is to drive the sourcing strategy of renewable raw materials worth around 150 million euros for the Perfume & Beauty Business Unit. Reporting to the Head of Global Ingredients Procurement, you will oversee the strategic relationships with major suppliers, you will manage the global Terpenes & Resins Purchasing team od about ten employees, and you will work with business segments, regions, Finance and Supply Chain

    Your Key Areas of Accountability / Responsibility

    • Lead the development and implementation of the purchasing strategy for a raw materials portfolio worth over 140 million Euros.

    • Owns the Budget, Revised Annual Forecast and Forward Looking Cost for the defined perimeter.

    • Manage entrusted global categories for the whole group, ensuring alignment with own BU and other client BUs objectives.

    • Manage and develop an international and diversified team.

    • Drive supplier partnership excellence for owned categories.

    • Drive responsible sourcing agenda for owned categories.

    • Monitor trading services, contracts, and risk management activities.

    • Drive continuous improvement projects pipeline development and implementation to deliver substantial savings, cash, and simplicity.

    • Leverage Supplier Innovation capabilities to create value for the BU. Develop new sources of strategic raw materials.

    • Monitor existing markets and suppliers and negotiate contracts in collaboration with buyers for strategic suppliers.

    • Contribute to Market Intelligence reports.

    • Develop Communication with your team & business partners – Local & Global on sourcing and market developments.

    • Participate in multidisciplinary project groups to grow Industrial Ingredients.

      Your profile

    • Studies: Master degree in sourcing and procurement: Bac + 5 (MAI / MBA)

    • Experience: 10 years+ expertise in either Procurement and/or broader Business context of Category management and 5 years of experience in team management.

    • Very proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word); basic ERP & Query skillset; SAP experience preferred.

    • The +:

    • Experience in Pine Chemicals materials is an asset.
