Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic Finance Manager to join our Corporate FP&A team to serve as the Finance business partner to our Global Human Resources (HR), Communications, Marketing, and Public Engagement (CMPE) functions. This highly visible role will provide financial controllership, develop and communicate financial insights, and ensure data driven decision making through strong financial and analytical expertise. The ideal candidate will be process-oriented with a strong sense of curiosity, and the personal drive and motivation to achieve goals with limited oversight and direction. This role reports directly to the Director of Finance, Corporate Functions and is based in Davidson, NC.

This role is designated as a Hybrid position.

Where is the work:

Due to the nature of this role, this position has been designated as a Hybrid work schedule, with work performed onsite 3 days each week.

Responsibilities:

  • Business partner and trusted advisor to HR and CMPE leadership teams, cost center owners

  • Provide leadership teams with accurate, timely, and insightful analysis and recommendations on key financial trends in support of decision making

  • Lead, develop, analyze, and/or modify financial forecasts, risks & opportunities, and the annual operating plan (AOP); maintain functional rolling forecasts

  • Lead and perform month-end closing activities through preparation and/or review of accruals, journal entries, etc., ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial reporting in accordance with accounting policies and procedures

  • Review monthly performance with leadership teams and cost center owners, providing insights to potential risks and opportunities

  • Partner with leadership teams and cost center owners to develop and communicate corporate cost allocations, while providing visibility and transparency to costs and drivers

  • Manage the effective and compliant utilization of capital investments.Provide guidance and review of capital requests to ensure compliance with corporate guidelines and proper financial returns.

  • Provide ad-hoc FP&A support to finance and business leaders

  • Drive and actively participate in ongoing process, standardization, and modernization initiatives to drive productivity and continuous improvements

  • Manage and develop Analyst(s) by guiding and prioritizing workload, continuous feedback, and effective coaching and mentoring

Qualifications:

  • BS/BA Accounting or Finance; MBA, CPA preferred

  • 10 Years of experience in Finance, Accounting, or FP&A

  • Strong proficiency in MS Office. Preferred experience with Oracle, One Stream, Tableau, and Alteryx.

· Strong organization and time management skills; ability to handle multiple assignments while working in a matrix organization

Base Compensation Range is $117,150-155,350, total compensation will include an incentive/bonus plan. Disclaimer: This base salary range is based on US national averages. Actual base pay could be a result of seniority, merit, geographic location where the work is performed.
