BRIEF POSITION SUMMARY:
Through analysis of MSCs robust solutions data as well as in-depth customer interviews, the Associate Analyst - Customer Solutions Digital supports the develop insights to improve customer behavior, capability adoption and value realization for existing Solutions Customer. These insights will also support our Solutions Program Owners and Product Managers in driving measurable improvements in customer experience and retention.
DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:
Completes data discovery, analysis, and information delivery in support of ControlPoint strategy development
Enables quantification and visibility of ControlPoint performance, inventory composition and end user behaviors
Helps define development requirements for ControlPoint services, capabilities, features and functionality
Designs / develops transactional and non-transactional analytical data models to provide insights on existing solutions and to proactively identify opportunities to improve data quality and applicability
Data Analysis:
Revenue = Breakout by Product Category, SKU, Customer Industry Class, Frame Type, Implementation Size, etc.
Inventory Composition = Breakout by Product Category, SKU, On Hand Value & Quantity, Replenish Frequency, Stockout Incident Rate, etc.
Transactions = User Personas, Feature Utilization, Breakout by Operation Type, Day, Time, etc.
Ratios = On Hand Value to Users, Total SKUs to Revenue, Feature Usage to Revenue, Range of Inventory Turns, etc.
Identifies traits of existing solution customers (industry, size (# of employees), location, current MSC support levels and frequencies
Collaborates cross-functionally to identify, research, prioritize and solve problems that maximize impact and value for all stakeholders
Drives the MSC Culture in the department and throughout the company to ensure fulfillment of MSC’s vision and unity of purpose
Participates in special projects and performs additional duties as required.

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Statistics, Supply Chain or related experience is required.
Prior work experience in a data analysis capacity is preferred

Self-driven and able to work independently and as part of a team
OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
A valid driver’s license and the ability to travel up to 10% of the time are required.
This position may require access to International Traffic in Arms Regulations Information (“ITAR”) and/or Controlled Unclassified Information (“CUI”).
