QCR Holdings is looking to add a Deposit Operations Manager to our team. The Deposit Operations Manager will have significant expertise and an advanced understanding of the deposit, payments and digital functional areas and the responsibilities of centralized operations. This individual will review processes and procedures for all operational groups and be instrumental in executing changes and enhancements based upon operational efficiency and best practices, allowing QCRH Group Operations to deliver excellent customer service to their clients (the bank charters). They will oversee the daily activities of the deposit services, quality assurance, item processing and wire team members and are responsible for providing direct support and supervision to staff. This person will collaborate with product owners and management to provide a full range of professional, technical, and general support to customers, vendors, and bank personnel.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Lead, inspire, elevate, support, coach, and develop direct and indirect reports in a manner aligned with the QCR Holdings brand and culture. Will be responsible for committing to executing consistent and well-planned quarterly touchpoints, career development conversations, and annual merit evaluations, and partner with Human Resources to find best solutions for talent acquisition and talent management team needs in order to drive best outcomes.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required. Associate or bachelor\'s degree in business, finance, or related field highly desired.
  • A minimum of 5-7 years in banking, operations and/or digital banking with a minimum of 2 years of proven successful management or leadership responsibilities.
  • Must possess exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to develop and communicate a vision that inspires and motivates staff and aligns with business strategy.
  • Must possess effective influencing and negotiation skills in a highly dynamic and resource constrained environment.
