Duties:

• Develop and execute a transformation plan for end-user computing

• Implement modern solutions, manage Windows & Apple Macs securely

• Enhance user experience across apps with identity management, cybersecurity, single sign-on, and multi-factor authentication

• Manage R& D on emerging tech, optimize helpdesk & support processes

• Train and use AI-based tools for user support

Requirements

Requirements:

• 10 years’ endpoint and Microsoft technologies experience

• Proficiency in Microsoft technologies and Mac & Windows environments

• Effective communication skills, sense of urgency, accountability

• Microsoft certifications essential

• Preferred: bachelor’s degree in information systems, Engineering, Computer Science, or Mathematics

• Must hold the following Microsoft Certifications: Windows Server Hybrid Administrator, Modern Desktop Administrator, Enterprise Administrator, Security/Compliance/Identity Fundamentals, Azure Administrator, Microsoft 365 Certified: Fundamentals, and Enterprise Administrator Expert, Exchange Server Expert, Identity and Access Administrator, Active Directory Administrator Expert
