Responsibilities of the Maintenance Technician:

• Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as plumbing repairs, electrical work, and HVAC system maintenance
• Troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues efficiently and effectively
• Assist in property turnover processes, including painting, cleaning, and minor renovations
• Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair work performed
• Collaborate with property management to prioritize and schedule maintenance tasks
• Any other duties as assigned

Requirements of the Maintenance Technician:

• Strong knowledge of general maintenance and repair techniques
• Experience with plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems
• Detailed oriented and excellent problem-solving skills
• Strong communication skills and customer service skills
• Valid Drivers License
• Ability to lift 50+lbs

Compensation and Schedule details for the Maintenance Technician:

• Full-Time
• Working 1^st^ shift Monday-Friday, 7:45am-4:15pm
• $16.00-18.00/hour
