What You’ll Do
As a Legal Administrative Assistant, you’ll play a crucial role in supporting attorneys and legal teams in their day-to-day activities. Specific responsibilities may include:

Requirements
What We’re Looking For
We are seeking motivated candidates who bring a can-do attitude and a strong professional presence. Key qualifications include:
Experience: At least 2+ years in a legal administrative or legal assistant role preferred.
Technical Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and legal software such as Clio, iManage, or ProLaw.
Soft Skills: Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
Education: A background in legal studies or a related field is a plus (e.g., an associate’s degree, certification in paralegal studies, or similar).
Ability to work independently in fast-paced environments while maintaining attention to detail and confidentiality.
