Responsibilities
Circuit design and PCB layout in Altium
Writing of embedded code in C and C+
- Testing and commissioning of prototypes
Verification testing and reporting
Presenting to clients and co-operating with mechanical engineers and designers
Requirements
An excellent degree in electrical, electronic or information engineering
Experience in embedded device design
Analogue electronics knowledge
Understanding of Power Supply Design
Experience in circuit simulation tools such as LTspice, Pspice
Familiar with embedded C/C+
- Experience with microcontrollers (e.g. PIC, STM32 etc.)
Experience in communication protocols such as RS232/RS485/USB/SPI/I2C
Design for EMC
Self-motivated and able to tackle new problems
Good oral and written English communication skills
Experience in medical devices would be an advantage although not essential
