Job Summary

As the Continuous Improvement Specialist, reporting to the Continuous improvement Manager, Leading the AMD Pillar, you will be the plant resource for AMD and help train and develop teams to promote AMD (Autonomous Manufacturing Development) throughout the plant. As part of the CPS group, you will exceed goals and sustained results through Autonomous Maintenance Development and DMS.

Position Responsibilities

• You will lead and teach CPS (TPM) standards such as AM and lead teams through Autonomous Maintenance Development steps 0-3.

• You will teach, coach, use and implement continuous Improvement tools, methodologies, standards, and processes to eliminate waste and reduce downtime, improve overall efficiencies and support plant goals.

• You will comply with all company safety procedures and complying with all OSHA rules and regulations. (THINK SAFETY FIRST.)

• You will follow good manufacturing practices (GMP) including proper waste disposal, attire, grooming and hygiene.

• You will track project cost savings (Conagra Cost Reductions)

Position Qualifications

• Knowledge of TPM/Autonomous Maintenance.

• Previous experience working in Food Manufacturing

• Root Cause Analysis.

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent required- Bachelor's Degree in Business or related disciplined preferred.
