JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently weighing and dispatching live haul trucks to and from farms, ensuring timely operations and maintaining precise records for plant and accounting purposes. Compliance with US Packers and Stockyards regulatory requirements is essential.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Weigh and dispatch live haul trucks promptly and accurately
• Maintain comprehensive records for plant and accounting needs.
• Ensure adherence to US Packers and Stockyards regulations.
• Operate a company vehicle to transport and pick up Tyson CDL drivers as needed.
• Work comfortably both indoors and outdoors, regardless of weather conditions (rain, cold, heat, etc.).

REQUIREMENTS:

• Education: Incoming sophomore, junior, senior, or MBA at least one semester of school remaining. Ag Business, Business, Poultry Science Animal Science majors preferred but all majors will be considered.

• Experience: Previous work experience in any field preferred.

• Computer Skills: Strong computer skills with a working knowledge of Excel familiarity with Access Word and PowerPoint.

• Supervisory: None

• Special Skills: Ability to multitask; motivated self-starter.

• Must possess a current and valid driver\'s license.

• An annual Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check will be conducted to validate the candidate\'s driving credentials.
