Job Summary

Upon request of General Counsel, performs legal services related to operations, application of the law, negotiations and the legality of all operations of the corporations. Exhibits the F.I.R.S.T. values (Friendliness, Innovation, Respect, Service, and Trust).

Minimum Qualifications or Equivalents

Licenses, Certifications, and/or Registrations

Education: Juris Doctorate. Experience: Four (4) years’ health law and contracting experience. Excellent skills in organizing, coordinating and managing projects. Ability to work with all levels of Associates. EQUIPMENT USED/SPECIAL SKILLS REQUIRED: Must have knowledge of computer operation with keyboarding. Should understand operation of copiers, fax machines and telephones.
