Description

As an Infrastructure Manager, you will be responsible for the daily operations of our global corporate infrastructure and IaaS systems. You will lead a team of technical experts, ensuring the stability, scalability, and performance of our systems while maintaining compliance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Team Management: Lead, mentor, and develop your team to deliver exceptional results.

• Infrastructure Operations: Oversee data center operations, virtual environments, systems, storage, and cloud infrastructure.

• 24/7 Support: Contribute to a global support team providing round-the-clock assistance.

• Problem Solving: Lead root cause analysis and resolution management.

• Resource Management: Manage staffing and allocate resources effectively.

• Compliance: Ensure adherence to compliance standards (ISO 27001, SOC 2, GDPR, PCI).

• Issue Management: Coordinate critical issues and ensure timely resolution.

• Capacity Planning: Track infrastructure needs and plan for upgrades.

• Inventory and Patching: Manage inventory, upgrades, and patch management.

• Process Improvement: Define, execute, and measure operational processes.

• Infrastructure Administration: Monitor systems and manage vendor relationships.

• Goal Setting: Define and prioritize team goals.

• Uptime: Ensure system availability and provide on-call support.

  Requirements

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.

• 5+ years of experience as a technical manager in a demanding IT environment.

• Experience with Microsoft SQL, End Point, SharePoint, O365, and other corporate applications.

• Strong communication skills, both technical and interpersonal.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and set appropriate expectations.

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with:

• Linux or Microsoft server operating systems

• Endpoint solutions

• Security issues and defenses

• Backup and recovery

• Internet technologies (HTTP, SSL, LDAP, SMTP, DNS)

• Cloud orchestration

• AWS or other major cloud vendor

• SAN and fiber channel infrastructures

• Windows server administration

• Virtualization technologies (VMWare)

• Clustering solutions

• Business continuity and disaster recovery planning.
