The Role:

Our site inDanbury, CTis seeking aBuild and WeldManufacturing Technicianto join our team.This person would work as a key member of a small specialty gas production teamtalkingdirection from a qualified Technician and reportingdirectly to the Production Supervisor.The ideal candidate for this role would be someone who enjoys being part ofa strong team, is dedicated to continuous improvement, and has some experience safely working with hazardous materials, whilemaintaininga focus on meeting and exceeding production goals.

WhatYoullDo:

• Support new gas cylinder manufacturing,componentfunctionality testing and quality checks.

• Support subassembly manufacturing via orbital welding (training and certification provided onsite).

• Support gas cylinder refurbishment,finished good functionality testing and processing.

• Safelyoperatepowered hand tools, measuring tools, gauges, welding equipment and media blasters.

• Clean andmaintainequipment and work areas (5S).

What We Seek:

• High school diploma or GED.

• 2-3 yearsof experiencein a manufacturingenvironment.

• Experience processing and completing work orders pera productionschedule.

• Dedication to safety.

• Excellent time management skills.

• Continuous improvement mindset.
