Driver Tanker II

Position Overview

POSITION OBJECTIVE: To compound, package , and /or transport ShawChem Products to various locations safely

ESSENTIAL DUTIES: ( CONSIDERING JOB KNOWLEDGE, JOB ENVIRONMENT, EFFORT, MANIPULATIVE SKILL , JUDGEMENT, SAFETY KNOWLEDGE AND RESPONSIBILITY):

1 . Work in Safe Manner and follow all Corporate Policies.

2. Maintain a valid Commercial Drivers License ( CDL)

3. Maintain Hazmat and tanker certification

   4 . Maintain a Valid Lift Truck License

4. Follow Batch sheet instructions for making product

5. Follow order of addition and add correct weight of each raw material to the batch

   PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS :

   1 . Frequently get on and off lift truck. 2 . Ascend and descend stairs several times per shift. 3 . Capable of working in temperatures to 100 degrees for long periods of time. 4 . Drive commercial trucks for extended periods of time . 5 . Lift 50 lbs. Repeatedly. 6 . Carry hoses and/or pumps long distances in customer’s plant. 7 . Work with dyes and chemicals without allergic reactions.

   OTHER REQUIREMENTS :

   1. Basic knowledge of computers (for product labels) 2. Ability to read and write and comprehend English 3. Ability to work from written and oral instruction 4. Willingness to drive commercial truck for deliveries or perform compounder duties as departmental needs dictate

   SAFETY:

   Ear Plugs, Safety Glasses, Vest

Work Shift

8 Hr non-rotating shift, Hrs fall to in punch day, Observed Calendar, shift starts AM
