The Vice President of Product Management is responsible for driving our flagship cloud solutions strategy, entire product lifecycle and strategic customer engagements. This role is pivotal in collaborating across the entire organization to ensure the successful alignment and execution of our roadmap. You will lead a dynamic team of 25 and report directly to the Chief Product Officer.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Strategy and Vision: Define and communicate a clear product strategy and vision for cloud solutions in radiology and enterprise imaging, aligning with the overall organizational goals

  • Product Development: Oversee the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch, ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality cloud solutions that meet customer requirements and market demands

  • Market Analysis: Conduct comprehensive market analysis, including competitive intelligence, customer insights, and industry trends, to identify opportunities and drive product innovation.

  • Roadmap Planning: Develop and maintain a product roadmap that outlines the prioritization, sequencing, and release plans for new features and enhancements, based on customer needs and business objectives.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to drive product execution, resolve challenges, and achieve business objectives.

  • Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain solid relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and industry experts, to understand their needs and gather feedback for continuous improvement

  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of product managers, providing guidance, support, and fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability.

  • Product Performance: Monitor and analyze product performance metrics, including usage data, customer satisfaction, and revenue growth, to identify opportunities for optimization and make data-driven decisions.

  • Regulatory and Compliance: Ensure regulatory compliance of SW medical devices, data privacy requirements, and industry standards pertaining to cloud solutions in the healthcare domain

Required Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience with Product Management

  • 5+ years of experience of managing experience including managing other managers

  • 3+ years of healthcare experience

  • 3+ years of experience with cloud infrastructure and applications for enterprise SaaS or PaaS companies in public clouds such as AWS, GCP, Azure

  • Leadership skills: Solid leadership abilities with experience managing and developing high-performing product management teams

  • Customer-centric approach: A passion for understanding customer needs, empathy for end-users, and a commitment to delivering exceptional user experiences

  • Business acumen: Solid understanding of business dynamics, financial metrics, and market trends to make data-driven decisions that align with company objectives

  • Strategic mindset: Proven ability to think strategically, analyze market dynamics, and translate insights into actionable product strategies and roadmaps

  • Excellent communication: Proven exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

  • Result-oriented: Proven ability to drive results, meet tight deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of enterprise imaging experience

  • Domain expertise: Deep understanding of the Radiology and Imaging industry, including knowledge of PACS and related technologies, workflows, and regulatory considerations

  • Proven ability to development of products with regulatory clearance

California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, Rhode Island, or Washington Residents Only: The salary range for this role is $147,300 to $282,800 annually. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable. In addition to your salary, UnitedHealth Group offers benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
