• Schedule: Full time schedule. Monday - Saturday, 6:30 am - finish open to schedule change. More details upon interview.

• Requirement: 2 years of leadership experience in cold food manufacturing required. Bilingual English and Spanish is a plus, but not required.

• Pay Range: $17.00 to $18.00

Job Summary

Summary: Assists the Manager on Duty with coordinating production, safety and customer service by assigning, delegating and managing the duties of all staff within the facility.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Supervise processing and preparation of food products to ensure compliance with standards of quality and presentation.

• Direct preparation employees, Pizza dough department and machine operators.

• Inspect cleanliness and maintenance of equipment; including refrigerators, freezers, packaging machines, etc.

• Assist in training employees in all areas of food preparation, safety, and sanitation procedures.

• Ensure that food frozen food items are stored and rotated properly by production staff.

• Ensure that all QA documentation is complete with timely manner

• Ensure that Inventory documentation is completed with a timely manner

• Comply with First-In First-Out (FIFO) food safety systems and procedures.

• Oversee verification of product labeling and accuracy of lot codes.

• Assist in training staff on Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).

• Ensure compliance of all company policies, procedures, and standards.

• Maintain composure when handling unexpected challenges and competing demands; and

• Other duties as assigned by Supervisor and Manager.
