Strong Experience managing clinical leaders What You Need to Know The Senior Vice President (SVP) of Hospice Operations is a strategic and operational senior leader responsible for driving a quality patient experience through employee and leader engagement, with a focus on growth, clinical excellence, business development for our Hospice regions. Overseeing Regional Vice Presidents and other aligned roles, this role ensures exceptional patient care, compliance, and financial performance while executing strategies to expand our hospice footprint. If you meet these qualifications, we want to meet you! 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in hospice or home healthcare operations. Proven track record of scaling hospice programs and driving census growth. Strong clinical acumen with deep knowledge of hospice regulations, IDT processes, and patient-centered care models. Experience leading multi-state or international hospice operations preferred. Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s in Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field preferred.
