Boeing has an opening for a first line leader Supply Chain Execution Manager (Level K) within Boeing Global Services (BGS) supply chain that will be responsible to lead a diverse team responsible for operational performance for the Used Serviceable Material product line. The position is responsible to develop and execute project and process plans, support the business' goals and priorities, and ensure operational excellence. The role will provide opportunities to develop and maintain relationships with internal and external customers, stakeholders, peers and direct reports in support of one Supply Chain.

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options: Dallas, TX

Position Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports.

  • Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes – specific to used serviceable materials.

  • Develop and execute project plans, implement policies and procedures, and set operational goals.

  • Empower, mentor, develop and motivate employees.

  • Engage stakeholders to solve customer issues across Supply Chain value stream.

  • Lead and support process improvement initiatives to optimize Supply Chain value stream in support of our customers.

  • Manage employee performance to ensure issue resolution, first pass quality, timeliness.

  • Identify and mitigate risks and issues impacting customer support.

The position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a “US Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required. “US Person” includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee

Basic Qualifications (Required Skill/Experience):

  • At least 3 years’ experience in a supply chain organization

  • Understanding of Aviation: Used Parts, repair and brokering

  • Experience leading a team, formally or informally

  • Experience addressing both customer, internal, and employee escalations

  • Strong communication and problem solving skills

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Proficiency in SAP, Tableau, Excel, Word, and Powerpoint

  • Ability to summarize large amounts of data into actionable steps

Relocation:

This position does not offer relocation. Candidates must live in the immediate area or relocate at their own expense.

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Summary pay range: 119,000 – 161,000
