Description We are seeking a Staff Accountant in Dallas, Texas. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting daily financial operations, assisting with monthly, quarterly, and yearly closing processes, and preparing various reports as needed. This role also involves reviewing general ledger accounts and preparing appropriate journal entries for approval in the accounting system.

Responsibilities:

• Support daily cash flow reports.

• Prepare monthly bank statement reconciliations.

• Prepare monthly balance sheet reconciliations.

• Review general ledger accounts and prepare appropriate journal entries for approval in the accounting system as part of the monthly close.

• Assist with month-end, quarter and year-end close.

• Assist in client and annual audits.

• Prepare ad hoc reports as needed.

• Proficiency in software such as Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Bank Reconciliations, General Ledger, Journal Entries, Month End Close, NetSuite, Oracle, QuickBooks, SAP. Requirements • Possess strong skills in Accounts Payable (AP)

• Demonstrated experience with Accounts Receivable (AR)

• Proficiency in performing Bank Reconciliations

• Familiarity with General Ledger management

• Experience in creating and maintaining Journal Entries

• Ability to handle Month End Close procedures

• Proficiency in using NetSuite for accounting tasks

• Experience with Oracle financial software

• Familiarity with QuickBooks accounting software

• Demonstrated experience with SAP financial software

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• High attention to detail and accuracy

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively

• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Commitment to continuous learning and improvement

• Knowledge of accounting principles, standards, and regulations

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field preferred.
