At Sabre, we’re searching for a Senior Recruiter to lead our University Recruiting Program. This position is responsible for driving intern and new graduate hiring programs, reporting to the Talent Acquisition (TA) Director. Based at our global headquarters in Southlake, TX, you will play a vital role in building partnerships with business leaders, hiring managers, and business partners to identify and secure the next generation of Sabre talent. Responsibilities:

Manage the full recruitment cycle for intern and new graduate positions, ensuring a stellar candidate experience. Develop and implement innovative university recruiting strategies to attract top student talent.

Partner with key stakeholders, including business leaders, hiring managers, workforce planning, employer branding and engagement groups, to anticipate long-term talent needs and develop tailored recruitment solutions.

Create engaging presentations and recruitment materials for both internal and external audiences.

Coach hiring teams and Sabre ambassadors on best practices for campus representation, candidate evaluation and selection.

Leverage creative sourcing strategies to reach and engage diverse talent pools, using social media, university networks, and other channels.

Monitor industry trends and talent landscapes to act as a trusted talent advisor to the business.

Collaborate with the global TA team to align recruitment processes and practices across regions.

Lead or contribute to global TA projects, driving continuous improvement and innovation within the team.

Manage university partnerships, career fairs, and recruitment events, ensuring strong representation of Sabre’s brand on campuses.

Lead intern manager training and intern new hire orientation.

Create intern summer program calendar, plan events and execute an enriching experience.

Continuous engagement with interns from recruiting to entire onsite internship including check ins, conversion process, etc..

Conduct multiple surveys and adjust process based on feedback.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in a related field

5+ years of full lifecycle recruiting experience, with a focus on university hiring.

Proven experience building and executing university recruitment programs.

Strong track record of meeting recruitment goals and supporting long-term business talent needs.

Ability and flexibility to travel to universities and recruitment events as needed.

Consultative mindset, anticipating business needs and influencing hiring decisions through data-driven insights. Expertise in creative sourcing strategies, inclusion & diversity and familiarity with social recruiting techniques.

Experience leading projects, creating decks and presenting to a variety of audiences.
