About The Role

We are forming a team of creative and passionate individuals with full-stack expertise and knowledge to help innovate and develop application suites for Facilities Management. You will join a great Scrum team as a part of scaled, globally distributed Agile teams and will have the opportunity to be hands-on with various technologies. Passion for learning new technologies is required.

What You’ll Do

· Build high-quality, clean, scalable, and reusable code enforcing best practices around software engineering, architecture, and processes (code reviews, unit testing).

· Ensure early detection of security vulnerabilities across application code and infrastructure and track it to remediation based on established SLAs.

· Apply Agile standard methodologies and DevOps culture across the software delivery lifecycle using standard tools like Jira and Azure DevOps.

· Demonstrate a commitment to quality by implementing unit/integration and acceptance testing during feature development.

· Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers to turn design mockups into functional designs.

· Design and implement new features/applications based on industry standards.

· Demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.

· Develop and maintain APIs, backend services, and databases as needed.

  • Be involved with the investigation and resolution of complex data, system, and software issues in the production environment.

  • Under broad direction, design and implement strategic partner integrations.

  • Participate in the specification and design of new features at client or business request.

  • Participate in the evaluation of new platforms, tools, and technologies.

  • Provide assistance such as technical guidance, code review, and/or training to coworkers.

What You’ll Need

· Must Have : ReactJS, Java 11+, Microservices, Python/Shell, NoSQL

· Strong experience in Java, Spring Boot-based application on both RDBMS (SQL Server / PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (Mongo/Elastic) backbone.

· In-depth knowledge of microservices architecture patterns, principles, and best practices.

· Proficient in front-end development and implementing code that is well-structured, efficient, and maintainable using React.

· Hands-on experience with frameworks like ReactJS, AngularJS, NodeJS, and microservices/event-driven architecture.

· Excellent knowledge of relational databases, SQL, and ORM technologies (Hibernate, JPA, Spring Data).

· Comprehensive understanding of cloud-native architectures (AWS, Azure, etc.) for containerized microservices.
