Summary

The Senior Business Analyst – Accounts Payable supports the Corporate Accounts Payable team with financial analysis and reports including monthly / quarterly analysis and special projects, working hand-in-hand with the AP Managers and Director of Accounts Payable. This role provides user support, troubleshooting, and develops functional knowledge. This role will work on software implementation and overall process improvements for the Accounts Payable team.

This position will support our Finance team. It is eligible to work a hybrid schedule, generally requiring work in-office 2-3 days per week. This position is based out of Dallas, TX.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Month end reporting for top level leadership

• KPI department level reporting

• Software implementations

• Process auditing and compliance

• Work with colleagues to investigate and model business functions, processes, information flows, and data structures

• Strong documentation and organizational skills

• Ability to create complex reporting as needed

• Perform other duties and projects as assigned

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Accounting is preferred

• Two (2) to four (4) years experience in Accounting or Accounts Payable

• Experience with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)

• Coupa experience is strongly preferred

• SAP experience is preferred

• Must have strong aptitude in Microsoft Office products (MS Excel, MS Word, MS Outlook, and MS PowerPoint
