We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Sr. Analyst FP& A based in Dallas, Texas. The chosen candidate will be responsible for performing detailed financial analysis and making recommendations for financial improvement. They will also be responsible for automating reports and processes to increase productivity and efficiency, and assisting in the preparation of performance management reporting.

Responsibilities include:

• Analyzing financial results in detail against plan, forecast, and key performance metrics

• Identifying trends in variances and recommending strategies for financial improvement and optimization to management

• Collaborating with accounting to ensure accurate financial reporting

• Coordinating with field analysts, operations management, and project managers to accurately budget and forecast projects

• Classifying projects as Growth, Maintenance, or Expense in line with corporate capitalization guidelines

• Assisting in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual performance management reporting for executives, Board of Directors, and investor groups

• Supporting the company-wide annual NGL/Crude Transport planning process and subsequent monthly forecasting process

• Developing automated reports and processes to increase productivity and efficiency

• Providing support for earnings releases, 10-K, 10-Q, and other external financial reporting

• Contributing to overall Corporate Financial Planning and Analysis team goals as needed

Skills required include Business systems, Confluence, CRM, Crystal Reports, Data Mining Techniques, About Time, Accounting Functions, Auditing, Budget Processes, Capital Management.

Requirements

• Demonstrate proficiency in Business Systems and Confluence

• Possess experience working with CRM and Crystal Reports

• Understand and apply Data Mining Techniques effectively

• Have familiarity with 'About Time' software

• Possess comprehensive knowledge of Accounting Functions

• Show experience in Auditing within the Oil & Gas industry

• Understand and execute Budget Processes effectively

• Have a solid understanding of Capital Management

• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently

• Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field

• Have relevant experience in a similar role within the Oil & Gas industry

• Show strong analytical skills and attention to detail

• Exhibit proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

• Demonstrate ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines

• Possess strong problem-solving skills and decision-making abilities
