  • In this role, you will be responsible for providing support for FOS, ensuring seamless operations across various departments including Dispatch, Load Planning, Ramp Services, Maintenance, Engineering, and Crew Management.

What you'll do

  • Provide support for the Flight Operating System (FOS) across all company departments.

  • Resolve FOS issues promptly and effectively, escalating complex problems when necessary.

  • Conduct data integrity checks and edits in the FOS database to ensure accuracy and reliability.

  • Manage aircraft configurations, including additions and removals for deliveries and retirements.

  • Compile and distribute daily Operations Review Reports and other operational performance analyses.

  • Coordinate critical operational schedule changes and implement regular FOS schedule adjustments.

  • Monitor and manage the ACARS (ARINC Communications and Reporting System) for automated flight status updates.

  • Assist with FOS security measures and provide necessary access and permissions.

  • Collaborate with various teams to resolve crew schedule discrepancies and synchronize data between FOS and other systems.

  • Perform other duties as assigned to support operational efficiency and excellence.

  • Ability to work rotating shifts and days off.

All you'll need for success

Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience

  • High School diploma or equivalent experience/training.

  • Experience in transport airline operations, including roles in flight operations, dispatch, load planning, ramp operations, airport tower, or maintenance control.

Preferred Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience

  • 3+ years of experience in airline operations with proficiency in FOS.

  • Current licensed airman with FAA Flight Dispatcher license or military equivalent.

  • Associate degree or higher in Science, Aviation or Computer Science or equivalent experience.

Skills, Licenses & Certifications

  • Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite of tools

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact professionally across various levels of the organization.

  • Ability to work under pressure in demanding operational conditions, including weekends, holidays, and on-call shifts.
