As part of the Amazon-wide Global Talent Management and Compensation team, the Organizational Planning and Effectiveness team’s mission is to enable Amazon to build healthy and effective organizations with the right leaders, in the right roles, at the right time. Basic Qualifications

• 2+ years of software development experience

• 3+ years of building production software experience

• Experience as a software development manager, managing teams of more than 5 software engineers

• Knowledge of professional software engineering & best practices for full software development life cycle, including coding standards, software architectures, code reviews, source control management, continuous deployments, testing, and operational excellence

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of building production software experience

• Experience leading agile development teams and scrum spring planning
