Description

As part of the Amazon-wide Global Talent Management and Compensation team, the Organizational Planning and Effectiveness team’s mission is to enable Amazon to build healthy and effective organizations with the right leaders, in the right roles, at the right time. We develop philosophies, mechanisms and products that guide leaders to inspect and make data-driven decisions to improve their organizational operating models, structures, and executive talent. You value collaboration, making data-driven decisions, and can comfortably communicate with others, in both technical and non-technical roles. We operate as a startup within Amazon, providing tremendous ownership over product and technology direction.
