Job Duties:

Build and refine a notifications platform (push, email, SMS, and in-app) that delivers the right message to the user at the right time to drive conversion. Launch new user-facing communication and test for effectiveness. Create and drive a roadmap that is focused on rapidly testing new push notifications, SMS, and emails to drive conversions for creators and shoppers. Work closely with marketing, engineering, data analysts, and other product managers to evaluate new messages/communications. Understand and inject personalization into our communications as appropriate. Provide thought leadership and an inspiring vision for creator and shopper-facing communication and deliver in a fast-paced environment. Drive product requirements definition, product planning, product design, and writing PRDs for new features and enhancements. Utilize knowledge of end user facing communications and in-app consumer experiences. Utilize knowledge of complex systems that combine human knowledge and algorithms to connect content to customers.

Minimum Education Requirements:

Master's degree, or foreign equivalent, in Mathematics, Business Analytics, Quantitative Management, or related field.

Required Related Occupation Experience:

Two (2) years of e-Commerce and product management experience.

Any suitable combination of education, training and experience will be accepted. Experience may be gained concurrently.

Work Location:

Position may be performed remotely from anywhere in the United States; however, applicants living in MT, OK and ND must be willing to relocate to a different state because company requires employees to work from states where they are registered as an employer.Relocation expenses will not be provided by the company.

Hours:

Full Time (8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.).
