Senior Customer Insights Consultant

In the rapidly evolving world of air travel, Data & Analytics are driving growth and next generation innovations. We are looking for a strong analyst to join our vibrant Travel Solutions Analytics organization. You will be working with a high-caliber cross-functional team of business leaders and technology experts. Your responsibility is to uncover valuable customer insights based on rigorous analysis of market trends, competitive landscape, and specific customer needs. Our success is measured by profitable growth of our customer portfolio.

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Employ various sources of data to critically analyze market trends, key factors and players for Sabre Travel solutions and customers

  • Closely collaborate with cross-functional business teams to deepen understanding of each key customer’s goals, challenges, and needs

  • Identify, quantify, and prioritize key customers’ growth opportunities based on impactful insights, Translate insights into actionable decision points and recommendations

  • Develop frameworks, build business cases, provide relevant data and insights for Travel Solutions business strategy, planning, and deliver executive presentations

Qualifications and Education Requirements:

  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills

  • Bias for action; self-starter in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment with dynamic demands

  • Take ownership, with demonstrated drive for excellence and resourcefulness

  • Comfortable diving into complex issues and business problems, and able to quickly grasp/define ambiguous situations

  • Solid training in statistical analysis / modeling, and experienced in data visualization. Programming experience is highly desirable

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to creatively tell stories and adjust tone and style based on audience

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant analytical work experience

  • Bachelor's or graduate degrees, preferably in data science, business analytics, Mathematics/Statistics, or Economics

  • Must have an affinity for the travel and technology industry
