The Opportunity

As part of the Operations Consulting team you manage client engagements and produce solutions that involve improving the productivity of healthcare provider physician practice organizations. As a Senior Manager, you lead large projects and innovate processes, focusing on achieving results and maintaining operational excellence. You provide subject matter insight and understanding into the environment through implementation phases and manage the identification and addressing of client needs.

What You Must Have

  • Bachelor's Degree

  • 8 years of experience

What Sets You Apart

  • Master's Degree preferred

  • Certifications preferred: Epic Bridges, Access, or Security

  • Providing subject matter knowledge in physician practice operations

  • Planning and communicating with team and external constituents

  • Managing client engagements in healthcare operations

  • Understanding industry trends and regulatory impacts

  • Benchmarking physician practice performance to leading practices

  • Supervising teams to foster trust and innovation

  • Developing and presenting strategic discussions

The salary range for this position is: $130,000 - $256,000, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. For roles that are based in Maryland, this is the listed salary range for this position. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
