Description

We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a Project Manager in the Non-Profit industry based in Dallas, Texas. The role is centered around administrative management, market research, and the development of promotional and training materials. This position is integral to our team, with key responsibilities in project coordination, logistics coordination, and branded content creation.

*must have experience with Asana software

Responsibilities:

• Facilitate the creation of training and promotional materials for various internal and external teams

• Assist in coordinating the design and content of product webpages

• Engage with Training Centers and client companies to collect valuable market research and product feedback

• Support in the generation of marketing surveys, presentations, and reports as required

• Manage operational product marketing tasks including product entries into systems, product announcement writing, completing metadata forms, and other product marketing related tasks

• Arrange logistics and communication for conferences and product testing at various companies

• Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling and taking notes for meetings, coordinating travel, completing expense reports, ordering supplies, shipping, and summarizing meeting notes.

Requirements

• Demonstrable experience in Project Coordination within the Non-Profit industry

• Proven ability to Coordinate Logistics in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

• Proficient in the development and execution of Branded Content

• Strong leadership and team management skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions under pressure

• Proficiency in project management software and tools

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management or related field

• Knowledge of non-profit operations and regulations is a plus.
