WORK TASKS

• Facilitate safety meetings in collaboration with the Division Manager, selecting and implementing relevant safety topics.
• Conduct daily crew check-ins at jobsites, verifying that crews are wearing required PPE and following safe practices consistently.

[Equipment Management [Ensure all equipment is maintained in a safe, usable condition, manage inventory and budgets, and implement procedures for equipment use and maintenance.]{aptos",sans-serif"=""}]{aptos",sans-serif"=""}

• Ensure all team equipment is in safe and usable condition.
• Manage the inventory and budget for equipment and tools, ensuring crews are properly stocked.
• Implement standard operating procedures for equipment inventory and maintenance.
• Assist in submitting requests for equipment maintenance and repairs.
