We are seeking a visionary Principal Solution Architect to design the integration of first- and third-party solutions to drive time to revenue and excellence in customer experience.

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Solution Architect to join our dynamic team. The Solution Architect will play a critical role in designing, developing, and implementing comprehensive connectivity solutions that meet our clients' business needs. This individual will work closely with stakeholders, including clients, project managers, and development teams, to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and technical needs.

• Design and architect scalable, reliable, and secure connectivity solutions.

• Develop detailed technical specifications and documentation for proposed solutions.

• Lead the technical implementation of connectivity projects, ensuring alignment with design and architectural standards.

• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams throughout the project lifecycle.

• Conduct thorough assessments of existing systems and recommend improvements or upgrades.

• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices related to connectivity and networking.

• Act as a technical liaison between clients, project managers, and development teams.

• Ensure solutions comply with regulatory and security standards.

• Participate in pre-sales activities, including technical presentations and proposal development.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in solution architecture, with a focus on connectivity and networking.

• Strong understanding of connectivity technologies, including but not limited to IoT, 5G, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and cloud-based solutions.

• Proven experience in designing and implementing large-scale connectivity solutions.

Required Skills:

• Telco as a Service Technologies: Familiarity with telecommunications technologies and the ability to design telco as a service solutions.

• Network Engineering and Operations: In-depth knowledge of network engineering principles, network operations, and best practices.

• Cloud Computing: Proficiency in cloud platforms, with experience in cloud architecture and services. Certification from leading Hyperscaler platforms (e.g., AWS Solutions Architect, Cisco Certified Network Professional) a plus.

• SaaS Platforms : Experience in designing and integrating Software as a Service (SaaS) solutions.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and internal teams.

• Proficiency in relevant programming languages and tools.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment

Our Principal Solution Architecture earn between 158,200.00 - 237,400.00 USD Annual. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
