Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Payroll Specialist in Dallas, Texas. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing payroll processing and compliance, ensuring accuracy and timeliness, and adhering to federal, state, and local regulations. This role calls for a candidate with a strong understanding of complex pay structures, multi-state payroll, and benefits integration.

Responsibilities:

• Manage payroll processing for a diverse workforce using ADP WFN.

• Collaborate with Finance & Accounting on payroll reconciliations, general ledger reporting, and compliance audits.

• Conduct audits of payroll transactions for accuracy, including wages, tax withholdings, deductions, garnishments, and benefit contributions.

• Assist with salary structure evaluations, merit increases, and incentive plan administration.

• Support bonus calculations, ensuring compliance with program guidelines.

• Collaborate with HR on benefits administration, open enrollment processes, and payroll-related compliance reporting.

• Optimize ADP WFN functionality, reporting, and automation to improve payroll efficiency.

• Manage year-end processes, including W-2 administration, ACA compliance reporting, and bonus payouts.

• Ensure accurate payroll deductions for health benefits, 401(k), HSA/FSA, and voluntary benefits.

• Maintain payroll records in compliance with FLSA, ACA, ERISA, and multi-state tax laws. Requirements • Proficiency in using ADP Workforce Now is a must for this role.

• Knowledge in 401k - RRSP Administration is required.

• Familiarity with About Time software is desirable.

• Ability to perform Accounting Functions effectively is essential.

• Experience in Auditing is necessary.

• Understanding of Benefit Functions is expected.

• Experience with ADP - Payroll is a plus.

• Proficiency in handling Multistate Payroll is required.
