*Candidates must be comfortable going into the Dallas office 2-3 days a week, and the occasional travel.

Overview: The Marketing and Events specialist will be responsible for managing 5 markets across Dallas, Houston, Austin and Phoenix. They will handle 10 campaigns at any given time and work closely to support the national solutions sales teams.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with with teams to implement initiatives at the local level, creating opportunities for local business development.

• Develop and lead both in-person and virtual events at a regional and local level, these are aimed at selling solutions, cross-selling, building relationships and offering additional value to our clients.

• Oversee the endorsement and application of marketing for trade association chapters and professional organizations.

• Work hand-in-hand with account teams to execute marketing plans within your specific markets.

• Serve as the primary contact for your markets, offering marketing updates for local leadership gatherings to further enhance and equip the team to leverage our marketing programs for business expansion.

• Utilise marketing technologies proactively, to oversee, monitor and evaluate the success of your marketing efforts.

• Carry out account-based events.

• Take the lead or support several marketing initiatives, working towards enhancing and innovating our broader marketing and communications programs.

  Requirements

Your Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or a related field

• 3–5 years' experience in marketing, event hospitality, project management or business development

• Familiarity with event marketing, as well as project management and CRM systems – ideally, Salesforce CRM

• Proficiency in all Microsoft applications, including Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
