Job Title: Maintenance Manager

Job Description

The Maintenance Manager will manage a team of 10-15 preventative maintenance and maintenance technicians in a fast-paced packaging company. Responsibilities include managing schedules, tracking projects, speaking with vendors, maintaining high-level visibility to owners, and participating in weekly staff meetings within production, engineering, quality, and HR departments.

Hard Skills

• 2-3+ years of maintenance supervisory/management experience

• Experience in packaging, extrusion, food, or beverage industry preferred

Job Type

This is a permanent position.

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Dallas, Texas.

Work Environment

Manage 10-15 technicians in the maintenance department. Must wear closed-toe shoes, hair net, beard net, goggles, and ear plugs. Open to work as early as 5am and as late as 7pm or 8pm if needed. On-call availability required. Extreme responsibility and ownership are expected. Work schedule includes Monday to Friday and many Saturdays.
