Essential Duties And Responsibilities:

• Work with work instructions to guide their work and the assemblies through the manufacturing process.

``` - Conducting safety and compliance meetings.

```{=html}

``` - Understand and effectively use materials provided by process engineering to perform the job and make sure that all equipment is running properly and safely daily.

```{=html}

``` - Immediately notify the supervisor if any equipment is malfunctioning.

```{=html}

``` - Perform all required preventative maintenance for machine operation and document per "Good Documentation Practices Procedure" on the proper logs.

```{=html}

``` - Maintain a clean work area.

```{=html}

``` - Perform proficiently at a quality standard set by the company's mission and commitment.

```{=html}

``` - Keep accurate records of production data and any maintenance or repair work performed on equipment.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of an associate degree will be preferred, or a High School Diploma or GED and be able to take all appropriate training classes required in lieu of a degree.

``` - 1 to 3 years experience in electronics assembly.

Experience

• Must have a minimum of 1-2 years of electronics or SMT experience and various components.

``` - Detail oriented and organizational skills.

```{=html}

``` - Knowledge of component identification.

```{=html}

``` - Knowledge of bill of materials, assembly drawings, product specific documentation, work instructions, and other general documents

``` - Knowledge of IPC-610 all classifications

```{=html}

``` - Ability to multi-task and work in fast paced environment

```{=html}

``` - Ability to read and speak English fluently.

```{=html}

``` - Strong interpersonal and organizational skills

```{=html}

``` - Strong verbal/written communication

```{=html}

``` - Computer literacy.
